My name is Briana and I am a professional photographer specializing in maternity, newborn, and family photography. I am located in Studio City, California but photograph all over the Los Angeles area!
I believe that a picture can tell a story.
There is nothing like capturing the delicate beauty of a newborn, the eyes of a child, or the excitement of a family making memories together.
My photography style is light, airy, organic, .natural, whimsical, candid, and effortlessly timeless. I use very little, to no props, and love keeping everything neutral. Nothing to take away from the raw beauty of the moment. I photograph you, and your family, in the moments between the moments.
.Anyone can take a picture, but photography, to me, is capturing a feeling, and bringing that feeling back to you every time you look at your images.
It is so important to me that you love your photos today, but just as much that you love them when you are looking at them with generations to come.

The Basics: I shoot on digital, using all natural light.
Newborn Sessions will be don't in the comfort of you home, where I will provide a small portable studio and all the backdrops we will need as well as wraps and some small accessories for your perfect new bundle.
All others will in a beautiful outdoor location.

Payment in full is required on the day of the shoot. Cash, check or Pay Pal is accepted. If Paying in cash please bring exact change. If paying with a check please note that your photos will be held until the check clears.
What You Get With Each Package:
With each package you will receive an online gallery of your expertly chosen downloadable, high resolution photos. Ready to be shared and printed with in two weeks of your shoot. You also have the option to buy the photos directly from the site saving you time! My time is included, however price can go up do to certain requests or distance traveled.
I am also available to answer questions, and give wardrobe reccomendations prior to the shoot.
Retouching:
Beyond what is included with your package, each photo you would like retouched is an additional 15 dollars. This will be paid via Pay Pal or Venmo and is due prior to recieving your retouched photos.
Retouching includes:
Lightly softening the skin, removing blemishes, lightly removing some signifigant flyaways, brightening the eyes, and whitening the teeth.. All edits are done at the descretion of the editor, and in a way that maintains the artistic vision of the photographer. Because of this sometimes certian extensive edit requests are denied, or will include a higher fee.
Retouches that are included with your photo package are only good for one month following your shoot date. Please choose which photos you would like retouched as soon as possible.
Reshoots, Refunds, and Cancellations:
Photography is an art and every artist is different and unique in their style choices. Please be sure you love my style before booking a photo session with me! :) Reshoots are only done at the descretion of the photographer, and only in the event of technical failure such as computer or equipment malfunction. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the photographer, and only in an instant of computer or equipment failure, and when a reshoot is not an option.
Please cancel 48 hours before a shoot. If it is raining, I will email you and let you know if we will need to reschedule. If it is raining and you have not heard from me, assume that we are still shooting, but feel free to contact me.
How And When Will You Receive Your Photos:
Within approximently 2 weeks (sometimes longer for larger shoots sometimes much sooner) of your shoot you will receive an email from me with a link to your password protected online gallery of your downloadable high resolution photos.
Photo Guarantee, Agreement, And Copyright:
All photos are owned and copyrighted by Briana Lewis Photography. Any and all photos will be used for promotional purposes, with out need for prior consent, at the discretion of the photographer. By booking a session with Briana Lewis Photography you are agreeing to allow the images, and your likeness to be used for promotion of Briana Lewis Photography. The images at all times will remain the sole property of the photographer. Anything delivered to a client may be reproduced for the purpose of personal use, and self promotion only. You may not sell, or authorize the sale of any of the photos. To maintain the vision of the photographer, you are not permitted to alter your lovely photos. I do not guarantee the longevity of your photos. You are solely responsible for saving and archiving your photos. Please take the time to download them to your computer as soon as you receive them. I do not keep or share the original raw files, please do not ask for them.
